Club history

TENNIS CLUB D'ARO, was born in 1973, the first Club on the Costa Brava dedicated to this sport, then, has not enjoyed the wide dissemination of enjoying the moment.

In the 70 disputed Annie Soisbault Cup and the Championship of Spain amateur.

In the 80 disputed Jean Borotra Cup, Cup Valerio, Galea Cup, Copa de SM La Reina Sofia Tournament Tennis Legendary Fiat, the Final of the Copa del Sol, the Spanish Championship veterans and Presidents Clubs Championship Tennis Spain.

In the 90 disputed the Copa del Sol (1991 conquered by players from our club), Veterans Championship in Spain, Catalonia Championship Under-13 Youth Summer Masters Circuit of Catalonia, Famac Catalonia Open in a wheelchair.

Currently held open as the Catalonia Championship Under-11 Championship in Spain Wheelchair and competitions in all categories relating to circuits Girona, Catalan and Spanish, as well as all kinds of competitions reserved for members.
